Join us for an engaging session with attorney Gregory C. Brown, Jr. an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. to discuss the legal landscape of AI tools in the contact center.

This program will explore recent lawsuits involving AI in customer interactions and what triggered them, highlight legal obligations under state and federal privacy laws, and provide practical steps to minimize your organization’s risk.

This interactive session will also include open discussion and Q&A, giving attendees the chance to share experiences, offer peer advice, and ask questions about their own employee experience challenges and opportunities.

Gregory C. Brown, Jr. is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.
